Guy Bahringer has chosen to focus on the purchase and sale of beach and coastal homes and condos for one reason: He is passionate about the coastal lifestyle. He has lived and sold Real Estate in Coastal San Diego for over 17 years. Guy earned a Biology Degree at UC Santa Cruz in the late 80’s to early 90’s. At that time, he was a national contending water polo player, life guard, and avid surfer. He has now added Sailing and Yacht Racing to his list of coastal hobbies and gets out into the wind and surf as often as his work schedule allows.

Guy believes that this passion for the Coastal Lifestyle separates him from the competition, because he is not focused on merely closing Real Estate transactions using the same methods every other Realtor uses. He understands the needs and wants of those buying and selling here. Whether he’s helping a buyer find the right school district or beaches within walking distance, or helping a seller market their home or condo to the right target audience, his knowledge of the area and people allow him to see the big picture and create success for his clients.
